Where we take you

Castleton is known for it's caves. mines, minerals and unique views.

Our journey begins in the impressive Cave Dale, a site known for it's beauty. We head through the village and discover the churchyard, and the unique history of Peveril Castle.

We explore the Geology of the surrounding area, travelling back 360 Million years.

We discover the fantastic limestone rock that creates Castleton, which has helped create the biggest cave entrance in the UK, Peak Cavern. We then head up to a 'secret' spot, to get the best view of Castleton. Lastly, we finish at the tourist information centre - where public toilets and more information can be found.
